The Secret to Living Better Daily

By Jillian Boston,

What if you could change the way you feel? What if you could finally get rid of unwanted bloat, pounds, fatigue, insomnia, joint pain and sluggishness? And what if the answer lies in what you eat and drink but maybe not in the way you think? And what if we did the hard part for you and created a program that makes all of the above come true…?!

Well, guess what, we did! And we did it because you deserve to live your best life and doing so starts with how you feel and how you feel has SO much to do with what you eat and drink.

The secret to living better daily is not about counting calories or restricting yourself but about paying attention to the quality of the food and drinks you are consuming. Many of you have most likely already taken it upon yourselves to eat as healthy as you can and drink lots of water but for some reason you are not seeing results. Honestly this is so common and it’s not your fault! The majority of the food in grocery stores that is available to us is loaded with chemical ingredients that wreak absolute havoc on our bodies. Items like dairy, wheat, and sugar that used to be somewhat ok for our systems are now loaded with chemicals that are linked to all sorts of health issues like depression, anxiety, heart problems, diabetes, cancers, arthritis and so much more. What makes it even crazier is that so many of these products have misleading advertising on packaging that promise things like “heart healthy ingredients” or “fat free” but what they don’t mention is that the other ingredients can cause all of the health issues we discussed above.

This may seem like a lot to take in but the first step in feeling and eating better is awareness. While there are a lot of foods out there that are not healthy for you there are just as many that are!

We took it upon ourselves to create our 6 Week Living Better Daily Program (LBD) to teach you all about what foods will make your body thrive and which ones will do the exact opposite. Here’s how we do it:

  1. The first week of our program is called Prep Week. This week is all about learning before doing so that you can feel prepared going into the meal plans. We host a kickoff meeting where we explain the entire program in detail and provide you with what we call our Success Manual which is your guide to navigating the world of choosing the best food possible for you and the why behind it.
  2. Over the following 4 weeks you will be following done for you meal plans that come with complete grocery lists and easy to make recipes. We take out gluten, dairy, added sugar and chemicals from all recipes and focus on meals made from real, fresh ingredients. And don’t worry we have an entire Bonus/Swap Recipe Book where you can change out recipes in case you do not like a certain ingredient.
  3. Each week we host a virtual nutrition seminar where we cover nutrition related topics and then open it up for a Q&A so that you always have access to real time advice while you’re going through the program.
  4. Every member of LBD will have access to our LBD private facebook group where we post tips and tricks everyday to help with inspiration and accountability. This is also a great place to ask questions and connect with other members of LBD.
  5. Each week we post a virtual workout to help hold you accountable to movement during the program.
  6. The last week of our program is called Transition Week. During this week you will learn how to create your own meal plans and add foods like dairy, gluten, and sugar back into your diet to see if you have any intolerances. Our goal during Transition Week is to make sure you feel confident and prepared to continue the LBD lifestyle on your own.
  7. You complete LBD and ask yourself why you didn’t start sooner because you’ve never felt better.

If you’re ready to start living better daily then click this link and register to join us for our LBD Fall 2024 kicking off on Thursday, September 26th! We CANNOT wait to get started.
