Reformer Basics

Reformer Basics is a semi-private introductory class designed to build a strong foundation. You’ll learn essential Pilates principles, proper technique, and reformer setup while moving through a full-body workout—so you can step into our Group Reformer classes feeling confident, capable, and ready to flow.

Reformer All Levels

All Levels Reformer is a full body workout designed to meet you exactly where you are. Using the reformer’s spring resistance, we’ll focus on building strength, improving mobility, enhancing core stability, and increasing body awareness. Each exercise is offered with clear progressions and modifications, making this class accessible for beginners while still challenging for more experienced clients. Expect thoughtful sequencing, precise movement, and mindful pacing that leaves you feeling stronger, longer and more energized. Perfect for anyone looking to move better, feel better, and build a balanced body.

Prerequisite – Reformer Basics class experience or a Signature Start session is required prior to enrolling in this class.

Reformer Int + Adv

Intermediate/Advanced Reformer is a dynamic, athletic workout designed for experienced clients ready to be challenged. This class moves at a quicker pace and features more complex choreography, challenging spring loads and advanced variations that demand strength, control, balance, and precision. Expect deep core work, full-body integration, and creative sequencing that builds endurance while refining technique. This class is ideal for those with a strong Pilates foundation who are looking to push their practice, elevate performance, and leave feeling powerfully worked and accomplished. 

Prerequisite – Reformer (All levels) class experience and a strong Pilates foundation is required to take this class. Not recommended for beginners.

Reformer Athletic

Athletic Reformer is a high-energy, strength-focused class designed to challenge your entire body while maintaining the core principles of control, alignment, and precision.

This class is best suited for clients who can participate in a full-paced workout without the need for exercise modifications.

Prerequisite – Reformer (Int/Adv) class experience and general knowledge of the Pilates practice is required to take this class. Not recommended for beginners or those needing modifications.

New to Pilates Reformer?

Participants without prior reformer experience are required to schedule a session to get started.  Choose from one of the programs below – each designed to help you feel strong, confident and comfortable on the reformer.

Introductory Training Special

This program is designed specifically for YOU based on your current fitness level, to set a strong foundation you can continue to build upon!

Program Includes:

• Three (3) 30-minute sessions with a Pilates Trainer

• Expiration date for prepaid training sessions is six months from purchase date or the cancellation/expiration date of your membership, whichever comes first.

Signature Start Session

Participants without prior reformer experience are required to schedule a Signature Start session for $29 ($75 value) or attend a Basics class before joining an all levels or int/adv group class. This ensures a safe, supportive, and effective experience.

Our Signature Start session is designed for clients with no prior reformer experience, helping you feel confident and prepared before stepping into a group class or exploring one-on-one training.

During this 45-minute session, your instructor will guide you through the setup and anatomy of the reformer, determine your personalized settings, and introduce foundational exercises to set you up for success.

Danielle-Miller

Danielle Miller, Director of Personal Training and Pilates

Danielle Miller is a Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and movement educator with a background in dance and cheer. She earned her BFA in Dance from Jacksonville University and furthered her studies in Germany and France. Danielle has also performed with several local modern dance companies. She is a certified Pilates Mat, Reformer and Tower instructor through Balanced Body University, an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, a certified Evolve Barre instructor, a Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist. With a special interest in women’s health, she supports women through different stages of life including pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and menopause. As a working mother of two, Danielle understands the importance of balancing fitness, health, and family life and helps clients find sustainable ways to stay active and feel their best.
