At The Pilates Studio, our reformer training program is designed to help you move better, build strength, and feel your best through personalized instruction and expert guidance. Using the Reformer, sessions focus on improving core strength, posture, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness while providing a challenging yet low-impact workout. Whether you are new to Pilates, returning from injury, or looking to elevate your fitness routine, our experienced instructors tailor each session to your individual needs. From private training to duet and semi-private sessions, we provide a supportive environment where every workout is intentional, effective, and designed around you.
 
Private and semi-private sessions may be held at either our 364 Granite Avenue studio or our 380 Granite Avenue studio, based on availability. Your trainer will confirm the location at the time of booking.

Danielle-Miller

Danielle Miller, Director of Personal Training and Pilates

Danielle Miller is a Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and movement educator with a background in dance and cheer. She earned her BFA in Dance from Jacksonville University and furthered her studies in Germany and France. Danielle has also performed with several local modern dance companies. She is a certified Pilates Mat, Reformer and Tower instructor through Balanced Body University, an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, a certified Evolve Barre instructor, a Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist. With a special interest in women’s health, she supports women through different stages of life including pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and menopause. As a working mother of two, Danielle understands the importance of balancing fitness, health, and family life and helps clients find sustainable ways to stay active and feel their best.
