Looking to get fit and achieve results in a group setting? Check out our "in your own space" workouts. These workouts were developed to meet all social distancing requirements. While maintaining appropriate distance, trainers will work and instruct each client to achieve more. Each class is instructed by a certified personal trainer. Sign up for one of these classes today! This class focuses on all components of fitness (muscular strength & endurance, cardiovascular, flexibility, and body comp). A variety of equipment will be used to reach your personal best. HIIT it Hard!
This circuit style class will incorporate the bike, rower, outside running and weights to challenge your strength and cardiovascular endurance. If you are looking for high paced interval training- this is the class for you!
