METLIFT - "In Your Own Space" Semi Private Training (3-4 Participants)

Looking to get fit and achieve results in a group setting?  Check out our "in your own space" workouts.  These workouts were developed to  meet all social distancing requirements. While maintaining appropriate distance, trainers will work and instruct each client to achieve more.  Each class is instructed by a certified personal trainer.   Sign up for one of these classes today! Boxing

Each individual will be pushed to increase speed, agility, and strength through a fun but tough workout.  Prepare to sweat in this highly coached workout. See why boxers hold the key to the ultimate fat loss workout.  Punch, skip, jump, lift, push and pull into the best shape of your life.

Bootcamp

A challenging fast paced, calorie- blasting workout designed to increase your fitness level.  This class focuses on all components of fitness (muscular strength & endurance, cardiovascular, flexibility, and body comp).  A variety of equipment will be used to reach your personal best.  Be prepared to run, jump, peddle, and climb into the best shape of your life.   Build lasting results and lasting friendships.

Penalty Box

The Penalty Box class focuses on balance, agility, strength and core all while using the penalty box - a 12x12 grid and hurdle all in one!

Teen Fit

Teen Fit is a combination of cardio plus strength utilizing different muscles and props. All done in a safe and fun environment.
