Team Training for Women

Team Training delivers the opportunity to connect with other women through exciting and dynamic exercise. Through incredible role modeling, delivery, and team care, we create a workout environment where all of our members succeed in a shared goal of health.
Fitness Unlimited offers Alloy® Team Training (our version of Crossfit), TRIBE Team Training, HIIT, and Boxing.

Foundations (5-15 participants)
These all-level training sessions will put you through a challenging full-body workout focused on strengthening and conditioning. This class centers around proper movement, which helps you achieve your goals at the pace that is right for you, all in a positive environment of other women.
Afterburn (5-15 participants)
Afterburn’s high intensity combination of weights and cardio creates the ultimate fat loss workout! Trainers will coach you through a variety of challenging exercises with short rest intervals. Not only will you torch calories, but you will continue to burn fat and calories up to 48 hours after your workout.
Industrial Strength (5-15 participants)
Get stronger, slimmer, and more athletic with this workout. This class uses heavier loads and fewer reps mean, which creates strength without the bulk. Your coach will help you maintain the best form while challenging yourself, so you work towards your goals safely and confidently.
Tribe Team Training™ for Women at Fitness Unlimited Milton
TRIBE Team Training™ for women is our two-day Elite Personal Training Program that encourages people to achieve more than they ever thought possible.
With Tribe, no two workouts are ever the same, so you never get bored! The sessions are progressive, which means members start with the basics in week one, then continuously learn new exercises until the final two weeks, where no new exercises will be introduced but the challenge of the workouts are at their peak. Our members see drastic changes by participating in this challenge and you can be one of them!
TribeFIT™ will make you functionally fit by combining athletic aerobic movements with strength exercises that will have you looking and feeling stronger than ever. Inspirational TribeFIT™ Trainers and powerful music will coach and motivate you to new levels of fitness and trust us—you’ll have fun doing it!
Like all TRIBE Team Training™ programs, a new TribeFIT™ season is released every six weeks with new exercises, new music and new workout formulas. Best of all, you never repeat a workout meaning you don’t hit plateaus and you’ll never get bored. Become fitter, faster stronger – become TribeFIT™.
Boxing/Train Like a Fighter!
Boxing will increase your speed, agility and strength by providing a tough but fun workout. Prepare to sweat in this boot camp styled boxing class that rotates through intervals of punching bags, ropes and more. Gloves are required.
A challenging, fast paced, calorie-blasting workout designed to increase your fitness level. This class focuses on all components of fitness (muscular strength & endurance, cardiovascular, flexibility, and body comp) using Kettlebells, sleds, ropes, med balls, bosu balls, sand bags and more. Be prepared to run, jump, peddle and climb into the best shape of your life! Stop counting the minutes and make the minutes count!
HIIT it Hard!
This circuit style class will incorporate the treadmills/cross-trainers, rowers and weights to challenge your strength and cardiovascular endurance. Compete against your classmates using our heart rate monitoring system, My Zone. Make every minute of your workout count!
Strength & Stretch
Building strength includes mobility and flexibility. Each session includes a variety of exercises to increase your total body strength and wraps up with movement patterns to increase flexibility as well as restore muscles.
Small Group Training for Women
(3 - 4 Participants)
Fitness Unlimited’s cross training method will get you ultimate results while preventing injuries. Our Small Group Programs create a team environment where everyone motivates and challenges each other, week after week.
Alloy® Small Group & Team Training
This is our newest personal training program that encourages people to achieve more than they ever thought possible. Alloy® Personal Training Solutions was founded in 1992 in Roswell, GA., and was created around a very simple concept: people who receive coaching achieve better results - period! These modern programs are designed to help all team members safely challenge themselves in an empowering and results oriented environment, helping people look and feel their absolute best. Programs are created and tested in a real facility by a team made up of doctors, physiologists, nutritionists, and behavioral specialists, which means real results!
