Tabata Strength (Beth) Morgan to teach 7/16 & 7/23

In this class, we will use the tabata method but each tabata will consist of strength and cardio intervals (a/b format). The Tabata Method consists of 20 seconds of high intensity training followed by 10 seconds of rest, performed 8 times.
