We have many options to choose from:
Smart Start: Complimentary for new "core" members (a value of $150): A two session program working one-on-one with a trainer that will give you the knowledge you need to get your fitness program started. Program includes: cardiovascular parameters, initial strength training program, goal setting, complimentary fitness assessment and body composition test.
The Plateau Buster: (Personal Training & Nutrition)
Combining small but powerful change to your dietary and training habits can often make that last 10-20 pounds disappear for good! This unique coaching program helps you make the small but empowering changes needed for long- term success.
Program includes: 5 sessions with dietitian/ 5 - 30- minute sessions with personal trainer
Pilates Plus (Personal Training & Pilates)
Can't decide between personal training and private pilates? Do both! You will strengthen your core and lengthen your body while gaining the knowledge you need to put together a comprehensive weight training programs.
Program includes: 5 on hour personal training and 5 one hour reformer pllates training
Trans "FIRM"ation: Are you ready to work out for noticeable results? Are you looking for the elusive "new you"? Do you have an upcoming life event such as a wedding, reunion or a 'big' birthday? If so, get ready to celebrate! This is the program for you. You will get the guidance, motivation, and accountability you need to reach your goals.
Program includes: 10 sessions with dietitian and 10 one half hour sessions with personal trainer
* All combo programs include a fitness assessment and body composition test.
