Personal Training (for both Members and Non Members)
"The One-on-One" Complete Personal Training

Get "one on one" motivation and powerful support from our personal training staff. Sessions also available in duet, triples and quads as well as small group training.

Whether you have been working out for years or are new to exercise, our personal training professionals provide inspiration to your workout! Successfully reach new heights in your fitness level and achieve your goals. By creating the exercise program that's right for you with a personal trainer, you ensure that you learn proper exercise technique. Personal training is an excellent fitness choice to keep your health and well-being on track!

We have many options to choose from:

  • 30 minute sessions (single or packages)
  • 1-hour sessions (single or packages)
  • Duets, Triples and Quads Training (Pricing is per person with clients sharing a one-hour session.)
  • Small group training (5 - 10 members at a time)

  • Metabolic Rate Analysis: have you ever wondered how many calories your body really needs? Now you can find out. Fitness Unlimited is offering the acclaimed BodyGem(TM) metabolic rate analysis. In just ten minutes, this accurate test can take the guess work out of your weight loss plan.
Cancer Exercise Specialist (CES) - Laury J. Hale
A cancer exercise specialist can help design a program that reflects your specific needs and interests. Your treatment team provides the recommendations - you provide the time and effort. Exercise can be an important component of your recovery. If you are new to exercise, using a specific protocol can build your confidence and experience. Returning to fitness? Set realistic goals based on assessments and progressive training plans. Personal Training Specialty Programs for Members Only
New members will receive free a one hour personal training session with a certified personal trainer. This session will give you the knowledge you need to get your fitness program started. Program includes: cardiovascular parameters, initial strength training program and goal setting.
 
Fresh Start $149:
A one-hour session plus two half-hour sessions working one-on-one with a certified trainer. Choose either personal training or Pilates reformer training. Get inspired to start smart or freshen up your existing routine.
 
Change Happens $399 (Private Training & Nutrition)
Combining small but powerful changes to your dietary and training habits can often make that last 10-20 pounds disappear for good! This unique coaching program will guide you to long-term success. Program includes: 5 sessions with dietitian/ 5 half-hour sessions with personal trainer or pilates trainer.

Transformation: $729 (Private Training & Nutrition)
Are you ready to work out for noticeable results? Are you looking for the elusive "new you"? Do you have an upcoming life event such as a wedding, reunion or a 'big' birthday? If so, get ready to celebrate! This is the program for you. You will get the guidance, motivation, and accountability you need to reach your goals.
Program includes: 10 sessions with dietitian / 10 one half hour sessions with personal trainer or pilates trainer.

New Member Personal Training Package:
Within first seven days of joining the club, you have the option to purchase an introductory one time package. Includes a fit eval plus 3 half hour visits for only $99. What a great way to get started on your fitness journey.
 
Small Group Training
Small group training (5-10) participants allows you to learn and build upon new skills and techniques each week in a progressive style workout. Workouts are designed to meet once, twice or three times per week. New programs are offered throughout the year. Please inquire at the Member Service Desk for start dates.
