Bazaar
 
Don't miss our first annual
Holiday Shopping Bazaar at Fitness Unlimited
 
 
Stop, drop and shop on Sunday, November 23rd from 1-4pm.

Drop your kids off in our child care room while you shop.
Shop til you drop at our Holiday Bazaar in both Studio A and Studio B.
 
Non members are welcome to work out for free and shop!!!
Free cycle class beginning at noon in Studio C.
Free chair massage all afternoon at bazaar.  First  come, first serve.

Girls' Programming:
Calling all moms and dads. We want to hear from you. If you are interested in having Children's prepaid classes at Fitness Unlimited, please email  bwhitney@fitnessunlimited.com or jburke@fitnessunlimted.com.  Let us know your child's age, what days and times work, and what types of classes you/she would like to see. We can create classes for girls/teens ages 3-14. We will begin our prepaid programming the second week of January. We will post our schedule by mid December and registration will be held for one week only. Ten students must be signed up for class to take place.

Holiday Exercise
Exercise: During the holiday season (from halloween through the new year -it gets longer every year), keep a consistent exercise routine in place. If necessary, change the time of day that you workout. If evenings are too tough with upcoming events and commitments, workout first thing. Don't put off exercise until the New Year. Keep consistent with at least three times a week. Be smart about your exericse. If you can't commit to a full hour class, then come in and do your own thirty minute workout. By doing interval training on a bike, treadmill or cross trainer, you will work your body and burn lots of calories. Try and fit in two quick weight training workouts. You will be amazed at how much you can fit in in fifteen minutes!
 
Nutrition: Do not let go of healthy eating for the entire holiday season. You will regret it come January 2nd. Plan out your week in terms of food. Anticipate upcoming events and plan accordingly. If you have a Saturday night party then watch what you eat on Friday and Saturday during the day. Do not go to parties starving. It will backfire. Make sure you eat something healthy right before leaving. This will help you through the cocktail hour. The next day get right back on track. Don't let one night of overeating lead to days and weeks of overeating. Just get up the next day, fill up on fruit and hit the gym!!
 
Don't forget your veggies. Pack a lunch for work. Or if you are out and about shopping, pack health snacks to eat along the way. You will save money and lots of unwanted calories.
