Barre is for all levels of fitness. Start with a warm up and a sequence of upper body exercises using light free weights, push-ups and plank. Then move into a series of barre or floor exercises that focus on the thighs.

Fitness Unlimited is a health club for women located in Milton, MA right off 93. We offer memberships for ladies starting at age 13 with our Fit Teen Program.Currently we offer over 85 Group Exercise Classes per week in the latest and hottest workouts trends. Classes include : Yoga (Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Gentle), Pilates, Zumba, Cardio Boxing, Head to Toe, Step, Cycling, and Tabata (to name a few). Classes start as early as 5:45am- and run as late as 8pm. There is something here for everyone!In addition to the extensive Group Exercise Menu, we also have a private Pilates Reformer Training Studio and an Athletic Performance Center. Both centers boasting in small group training to get you on a path success!Other amenities are: Sauna, Steam Room, locker room, and Childcare (open 6 days a week for ages 3 months to 8years old)Please feel free to facebook message us with any questions.We would love to have you!

What changes can you expect to see in your body from doing Pilates?

Changes in body shape can range from a tightening, lengthening and toning of the muscles to improved posture and better alignment. The areas most dramatically affected by Pilates are the abdominals, glutes, inner thighs and triceps - all the areas we love to hate as women! Many people start to see results in the slimming of the waistline first, usually within the first month of taking up this form of exercise. This is because Pilates exercises all stem from a strong core and deep abdominal activation. Aside from losing weight, Pilates is also a posture corrector. With the emphasis on body positioning and technique, correct posture tends to follow.
