Small Group Training for Women (3-4 Participants) 

Our cross training method will get you ultimate results while preventing injuries.  Fitness Unlimited's Small Group Programs create a team environment where both trainers and participants motivate and challenge each other week after week. Small Group Training Programs are limited to a maximum of twelve participants.

Program Descriptions

Alloy® Small Group Personal Training
Open to 3 - 4 participants in each personal training session.

Alloy knows the formula for producing the best results in the least amount of time. Programs are created and tested in a real facility by a team made up of doctors, physiologists, nutritionists, and behavioral specialists.     

In this small group setting you will benefit from in-depth instruction while focusing on your individual needs. Work towards your goals while receiving support from your trainer and motivation from your group.  

Pilates Reformer
Classes are limited to a maximum of 4-6 participants. 

The Fitness Consultation priced at $29 ($75 value) is required if you have no previous experience on a reformer.  Please fill out the proper forms with the member service desk prior to registering for a group class.  An instructor will contact you to schedule your session.

Reformer - the reformer is the main machine in Pilates based resistance training.  The machine is made up of springs, loops, a gliding carriage and a bar which challenges body and mind.  A variety of exercises can be performed which gives an intense workout of the entire body creating elongated, strong, supple muscles as well as an athletic figure.  It is also wonderful for rehabbing injuries.

Reform Barre - a Pilates equipment class including the reformer, tower and chair with a fusion of barre work.
Reformer Beg/Int -  a beginner to intermediate level reformer class.
Reformer Express -  a 45 minute beginner to intermediate level reformer class.
